HAVERSTRAW
Cannabis dispensary design concept created for a client applying for a New York license. The design was to reflect a soft, rustic modern style. Contrasting distressed white-wash brick and black aluminum framed glass partitions are brought to life with warm wood accents.
TOWNSHIP GREEN
This New Jersey project features the renovation of an old bank into a cannabis dispensary. Honoring the historical integrity of the building, the studio repurposed the existing vault door and safety deposit boxes as key design features. Brick walls and a wood truss ceiling were revealed during demolition, becoming the heart of the design.
NIRVANA
An earthy and organic design concept for a New York cannabis dispensary with modern elements accented by a rich color palette and decorative ceramic tiles. The addition of biophilic design transcends the space into a wellness sanctuary.
DASNY : ASTORIA, NY
Original design concept for a DASNY (New York) cannabis dispensary. Redefining the upscale dispensary experience, this design features a neutral color palette and sleek modern lines, utilizing tech as an integral part of the shopping experience.
NOBO
Technology and client experience shaped the layout of this Lakemoor, Illinois dispensary design. Customers are greeted by a warm industrial atmosphere, featuring custom branded murals and graphics, signage, and millwork.
EUFLORA
Interior design concept created for Euflora, a Colorado-based cannabis retailer looking to expand into the California market. The scope for this project included an rebrand of the company’s current image to better embody the city of Pasadena’s architectural vocabulary of Spanish Colonial. The aesthetics were reimagined to represent an elevated version of the brand, marrying both the city’s and Euflora’s dispensary design goals.
CLOUD 9 : EDWARDSVILLE
The design for Cloud 9’s flagship cannabis shop in Edwardsville, Illinois featuring high ceilings and clerestory windows atop glowing cloud cut-outs set the tone for play between light and shadow, airy and moody. Gloss finishes and shimmering surfaces have you “floating among the clouds,” coupled with a touch of whimsy with custom transparent backlit display tables.
CLOUD 9 : CHAMPAIGN
Cloud 9’s design concept translated into a smaller cannabis dispensary in Champaign, Illinois gave the studio the opportunity to capitalize on the brand’s playful integration of light and shadow. Clients enter into an open and airy waiting room with high ceilings and bright accents. The journey into the sales floor creates a more intimate moment with dropped ceiling baffles resembling clouds and glowing cloud cut-outs adorning the wall.
