Why do people say this? Where does it even come from?
Have you ever noticed that your body reacts physically to words? When you speak from the heart, your words carry a frequency of truth. That frequency resonates through you, creating not only a physical sensation but also an emotional one. That feeling in your chest is your soul speaking to you.
Listen to it.
Emotions are powerful. They are how our physical bodies express and translate information. Yet we’ve been conditioned to believe that emotions are bad—that they make us weak. In truth, the opposite is reality: emotions are what make us strong.
And yet, for generations, we’ve been pushed to disconnect from them. This disconnection has thrown our collective energy out of balance. By devaluing femininity—by treating “feminine” qualities as less than—society has allowed masculine energy to dominate. The result? A distortion. An imbalance. A lie.
Women are emotional for a reason. We create life. And creation itself is born from emotion.
Emotions are the frequencies that bring thought into form. Without them, thoughts are only thoughts, and words are only words. But when emotion fuels your words—when you truly believe and feel them—they gain power. Your words become spells, and those spells manifest more quickly and strongly. They have no choice but to blossom into creation.
This is why being aware of our emotions is so crucial. We must be responsible with them. Whatever emotion we focus on becomes the frequency we transmit into the universe.
Imagine yourself inside a giant metal bowl, the bowl representing the universe. The universe is a conductor of energy. The universe is a neutral amplifier, a mirror; it is an echo of our souls. Our vibrations are the positive and negative energies. This is what creates polarity. Now, picture your vibrations rolling out of you like waves in all directions, and as they reach the walls of the metal bowl, they begin reverberate back to you, creating both larger, and then smaller waves. The vibrations project outward from you, bounce off the walls of the bowl, find their way back to you, and then repeat this process. As these many ripples and waves start to move faster and faster, they begin to MANIFEST into matter.
This is the nature of creation.
And it doesn’t stop with us individually. We are co-creators—with the universe, with the collective consciousness, with each other.
When we gather and pour energy into fear, anger, or negativity, that energy amplifies. It grows stronger, echoing back more of the same.
But it doesn’t have to stay that way.
Where in your life do you have abundance? Love? Friendship? Time and Freedom? Nature is a great place to start, she is always abudant and buzzing with life and creation.
The shift happens when we raise our frequency. When we choose to redirect our focus. Not on what’s broken, but on what’s working. Not on lack, but on gratitude.
Because where our energy goes, creation follows.
